How do I change a "Message Only" group to a group that will take messages if no-one is available to take a call.

I have a message only group that I use for "agent on call" -- the agents are contacted in a fixed order, if no one is available I want the system to take a message -- right now it just keeps trying. Also... It only rings the agents for 2-rings, can that be increased?
