You won't accept my e-mail that I use and you use for me! Says it's not correct!! I can't log in

I just got off a support call Case ID: 02408600. Rhey was great. But now I can't call out because my phone voice is muted. How do I get it off Mute! Call goes out, but they can't hear me. I TOLD YOU ALL THAT THE E-MAIL I WILL HAVE IS NOT IN PLACE YET: kathy@premierps.com !!! not yet set up. SO you must use k.kmctiernan@sbcglobal.net !!! No I am angry. All your mail has come to me via the k.k address and yet you say it is invalid!!
