Call quality issues on 2 lines, poor call quality and breaking up when we talk

I have 2 lines that are remotely placed (as all of our lines are). These 2 users keep experiencing choppy call quality and we are losing sales because of it. I've called support several times and keep getting no definite answer. We've done the VOIP speed test on both and they come out fine. Getting frustrated with this and losing sales.
