Goodbye RingCentral I had enough of you

I've been trying to fix text message problem for over 3 months now, some of the messages don't show up or there is no a notification of a new message received either on the OS or Android phones. Nearly impossible to receive a text being sent internationally (it's never freaking there!!! ) Blackberry phones..oh yeah... Why the hell would you list Blackberry 9700 if it's not working on this phone? What a waste of money buying these phones for my staff... thank you so much RC for missleading your customers. I find this discriminating that Tech support is not available for 1 user accounts on Sat/Sun but of course Sales department is open 7 days a week. I'm done with RingCentral and switching to another company , will not recommend and also a friend of mine that owns a landscaping company who is with RC is switching over too due to the exact same issues I have. Been RC's customer for almost a year by now but enough is enough. Total disappointment and waste of time and money Cheers
