Why I'm quitting Ring Central

This is why I'm quitting Ring Central. Trying to reset my password today and when I complete the required info I get an error message "Internal Error, please try again". Of course after trying several times with the same error I decided to call tech support. Been on hold twice now, first time after holding for over 10 minutes I got disconnected. Now I've been on hold for over 12 minutes and the recording that tells me what the estimated wait time has gone from 9 minutes down to 4 minutes back to 10 minutes. Go figure. I clicked on the "talk to management" link on the home page just trying to find anyone to help me asap and that link doesn't take you to any management at all. It takes you to the support page to open a ticket, contact support or ask the community. So the link doesn't go to management. Next I tried clicking the "sales chat" button just to talk to someone but that link doesn't work. So I've had it with Ring Central..bye bye

Ring Central has become a success.  to the point of becoming unusable.  It now takes as long as 45 minutes for them to send the fax from the time submitted.  That is simply unacceptable for a fax service.  2 minutes tops...under a minute is what it should be.
