Dial By Extennsion

Hello everyone, How do I set up the system to operate in this way >>> Customer calls. They are greeted by a custom greeting (that part I have figured out), then prompted to Press 1 for Employee X or Press 2 for Employee Y. The customer chooses the extensions, the system connects to appropriate employee. I want it to be that user-friendly & while it should not be difficult to set up, it has been. Thank you!!!

Just make sure your recorded greeting tells callers which extension goes to which person or department. Then assign those numbers to the extensions/departments you configure.
