Disabling Call Flip

A number of my calls require the use of * and this triggers call flip, or a message saying I don't have a number assigned to it while my call is still going on. I'd like to disable this feature. How do I do this?

Hi Joshua! Currently, this is a system limitation and has been submitted as a feature request.

Yea this is annoying. I have staff members who try to get through Medicare's automated system, but are unable to because every time I try to enter a letter, RC thinks I am initiating a call flip...

If they could figure out a way to disable this, it would literally save us hours a week of being on hold.

I really hope that RC can find a solution.

A convenient solution might be to give users the option of selecting either * or # keys for call flip.
