FAX breaks down all the time and different excuses each time

one of our accounts is used primarily to receive faxes. AT LEAST once a month the thing breaks down and all we get are FAX ERROR. We have to call (we have NEVER receive a call from Ring Central saying they noticed a problem) and every time there is always a different excuse of why it happened. The fact of the matter is that it happens all the time!!! And then it takes hours of frustration and yelling to get it fixed. Don't you realize this is my business you keep screwing up (and apparently can't fix!!) I have other accounts with you and even though you frustrate the hell out of me they usually work like they are suppose to
