Phone does not ring and unable to answer incoming call after I transfer a call

I receive a call... I transfer said call to another phone...
Another call comes in ...and here is the issue...
MY phone does NOT ring nor can I pick up the imcoming call...
I pick up my extension, press one of my open lines, press an extension that is ringing and my phone actually places a call and rings everyother extension in my group like I place a call...

Some other extension has to pick up the incoming call and transfer it to me...UNTIL my original call (which I transfered ) disconnects ... then all is back to normal.

I just noticed the RingCentral Release Notes | April listed all of my above issues as resolved..

"Resolved: issue that prevented receiving new calls after transferring a call from the Softphone."
(my issues is not  from a smartphone but same issue)
"Resolved: issue where under certain conditions Agents appeared "busy" on the web when they should be available" (I am unavailable until origianl call is ended)

here is a screenshot from 10 minutes ago... my extension is 1002-
I am currently NOT on the phone-
I answered a call and transferes it to x101-
The call is still active- and it has been for 7 minutes-
