Dead calls through RingCentral mobile app.

Our small business' toll free line is run through RingCentral, and in addition to the landline, we all run the app on our mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.). Both myself and my supervisor have noticed lately that anytime we get a call that rings through the mobile app, its dead (no noise on the other end, just dead silence). The strange thing is, this never happens with calls that go straight to the landline through RingCentral. Our company works nationwide, so I'm hoping that this is not some sort of glitch within the mobile app and we are missing out on business opportunities because we can't connect the call. Obviously if it's just spam, we'd like it to stop. My supervisor has even had these "junk calls" in the middle of the night! Can anyone speak to this issue?
