Call Queue with Presence - Connection Issue with multiple calls

We have 8 vvx 410's on a call queue for our main line.  Each 410 has presence enabled and shared to all the other phones in the call queue.  

When we receive calls to the main line, the first one or two calls connects fine.  When the 3rd and/or 4th call comes in (while others are on hold), we cannot hear the new caller but the caller can hear us.  If we place this troublesome call on hold and then resume that call, the connection is restored and we can continue with that 3rd or 4th call. 

Anybody else seeing this?  Any ideas as to what is causing it?

Hi George, sorry for the delay here.  This sounds to me like a local network issue.  I have many setups like this and when there are issues like you describe it is a network design or bad router or misconfigured equipment
