Inbound Call Problems

Has anyone else had problems receiving inbound calls from only particular carriers?  All of a sudden starting yesterday, some of our RC numbers can not receive inbound calls from particular carriers (ie AT&T wireless & Verizon Wireless), yet calls from other carriers go through as normal.  This is very frustrating and many of our customers are getting a recording saying the call cannot be completed as dialed.  Help!

No, all were ported over a year ago and fully functional since.  Though each of the affected numbers come from a single area code and prefix.  Unaffected RC numbers have same area code but different prefix.

One of our offices seems to be having issues with receiving calls from AT&T land lines.

We are having the same problem with one of our lines.  It is a bit intermittent but it is clearly happening.

Anyone have an update on this?

Our original problem resolved after about 5 days.  I believe some of the behind the scenes inter-carrier settings get misaligned and eventually it gets fixed, but i have no way to know for sure. It may also have be related to a ringcentral update that came out at the same time.  Ringcentral support were unfortunately not able to help at all on this issue.

same issue in my 413 area code, I'm loosing business because of that

Hi Michael,  If you, or anyone else is still having a problem with this be sure that you don't have any area codes blocked and if it still does not work, you are welcome to  Open a Case.  Be sure to include as many details as you can; date time, carrier, any related information you can provide will help.
