NO FAX SUPPORT AT RING CENTRAL

How does a person get help with fax problem?
This ticket was opened on 7/16 it's now 8/1
I've spoken to a tech once and was pomised a status or some kind of update. All he said was they were aware of the problem and it went to higher level support.
