Is there a way that even if the user is busy with one call the second call will be routed to them as well.

We are a Towing company and was wondering that even if the user is on a call from a call group is there a what that the second call would still ring through?

William, no this could not happen when using a queue.  Call queues are single threaded one call at a time to an available person.  If you want to get calls and put people on hold etc, then call queues are not the way to go.

Just configure extensions to handle the call volume
