DND Question

I have a call group setup on AT&T RingCentral. If a user in the call group manually places their phone (SPA508G) on DND, by pressing the button on the phone, it still forwards to their cell phone. How can I make DND not forward to cell phone and forward to the next user in the call group when they're on another call?

But I want it to forward to their cellphone if they run out into the warehouse for something,turning DND on will stop the deskphone from ringing first which is what I want, except on days that they are completely out of the office, I'd want it to just forward to the next person in the group, rather than the user's cellphone.

Remove the cell phone from the extension's call handeling

That should do it
