Can no longer place calls through iPhone app

I use the RingCentral iPhone app on my iPhone 5 and rarely have had complaints. Unfortunately today I have not been receiving calls through the app, nor have I been able to make calls.

I am receiving voice mails, and I can see missed calls in the call log.

When I try to place a call I get a "Network error, please try again" message.

The phone has excellent WiFi and cellular signal, and the app settings have not been changed since yesterday when the app was working fine. Our Polycom desk phone and a iPhone 3GS running RingCentral Mobile are both working.

VoIP Calling is on

Incoming VoIP Calls is on

Over 3G/4G is on

What am I missing?
