RINGCENTRAL SOFTPHONE PROBLEMS, CUSTOMERS SAY WE CUT IN AND OUT

Having massive issues with Softphone on desktop. Customers are not able to hear us well, we keep cutting in and out. Nothing seems to be working. NEED THIS FIXED ASAP

We have had this issue many times with RC in the past.  Support always has us change the port number (on soft phone under Menu, Options, Account Information, Connections, a number between 5060 and 5090) and it seems to work.
