Specific settings for QoS, CoS, and VoIP VLAN on a Netgear GS724Tv3

I have 2 phone lines that use a 10/1 Mb cable connection with Mediacom Business Class Cable Internet.  I ran the Quality Test from RingCentral's website and it said I was good for up to 9 phones.

I have the following equipment:
ROUTER:  Netgear R6300 v1 (firmware v1.0.2.70_1.0.50 - latest version)
SWITCH:  Netgear GS724T v3 (firmware v5.4.2.13 - latest version)

I am experiencing  constant 0.5 sec delay (at times, up to 1 sec) and occasional chop.
Does anyone have *specific* instructions as to what QoS, CoS, & auto-VoIP VLAN settings to use in my specific model of router AND switch to mitigate any chop and delay on my end?  Thinking it would be the easy route, I tried using the default auto-VoIP VLAN settings and only succeeded in disconnecting all devices from the network.  I had to reset the switch to get everything working again. :-(  I know that RingCentral may not support my particular devices, but surely someone has advice on how to best configure them (even if unsupported) to get the best possible results.  Please help.  Thanks!

I'm not using ringcentral, but I have had problems with VOIP with the .70 firmware on the6300v1.  .68 is working best for me.  I have my 2 VOIP device IP addresses specified as HIGHEST priority, and everything else at a lower priority.
