The New Multi-Level IVR is great, but when it goes to Call Ques, press "0" will take it back to old single-level auto receptionist

The New Multi-Level IVR is great, but when it goes to Call Ques, press "0" will take the call  back to old single-level auto receptionist. And there is nothing I can change. I called in few times and it is not in your feature list. I hope I can manager the press button in call ques to make sure it does not cross to unwanted auto receptionist or IVR. Thanks!
