Multi-Level IVR Issue

I have set up my Multi-Level. Had the "Implementation Appointment" walk through the set up. Now when I dial my 800 numbers I get a "We are experiencing technical difficulties". If I change the Auto-Receptionist back to Single IVR, numbers work fine. FRUSTRATING!
