How do I Manage all Voicemails from my Admin Acct?

Hey all, New User. Need to understand how to manage all voicemails from my admin account. It seems every extension or 'group' has its own login. I dont care for this since I am essentially the primary person receiving all calls. I just need to track which extensions are being pushed for metrics. Therefore individual accounts are useless and a bit of a waste. So how do I set it so that I can access all voicemails and notified of all voicemails, but also see where the voicemail came from (which extension) Hoping this wont be too tough Thanks! W

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Since you are logging in as the Admin, you can access all voice mails.  Just click Users > Click on the number you want to check the VM for > Click Messages and Notifications > View Messages > enter the password for the extension & click Submit.  You'll then see the log of messages and there is a "From" column showing the number the message came from.
