Anyone Else having QOS Problems?

We have been struggling since our start 3 months ago with huge time delays and dropped service.  Have been working with the Tech team without any concrete ideas, only try this or many that.  Our model may be different as we have about 12 in-house personnel, 4 sales doing on-line demos and 6 dev personnel working on the product.  We have already reworked the network twice and purchased a recommended router, but to no avail.
Any ideas out there!?!?!?!

Hi Kurt, in scenarios like this just physically separate the network.  Qos is great but not the end all be all.  In my experience the routers in the consumer market are just not able to handle all of this stuff through one box.

My solution would be put your phone network on a separate router ans switch.  You have to add a couple of static IP's to your internet connection but that is small cost over all.

I you would like to chat more about your options please let me know

Hello Kirt,

As you are probably aware QoS issues are almost always network related and problems vary from one user to the next so these things do indeed pop up from time to time for some users. I see that a new case was just opened up regarding your issue and is being looked at by our QoS team.  You may have done all the basic troubleshooting already, but here is  list of things to look at if you have not already.   Tips on How to Improve Phone Call Quality
