call que will not connect with outside 24/7 answering service due to providers auto attendant---

while in a Call Que, when members are busy or unavailable, can the caller press a key combination to escape the que and go diretly to an extention or menu?- currently when the extention that is up is directed to my 24/7 answering service comes up, the call does not go through because there is an "auto attendant" on the front end  which of course cannot press 1 to accept the call.  I need it to just wait for the operator-------like can be accomplished with the appropriate call handling setup in a normal extension outside the que. thanks in advance for your input.

Setup a rule in the extension that is used for your answering service and put an unconditional Forward in.  this will not require the answering service to press 1 to accept as this is not possible if the answering service answers with an auto attendant.

I have this setup in many customers and it works great
