in bound caller id not available on RC for windows

We are very disappointed to learn that the In Bound Caller ID feature from Softphone is not enabled for the new Ring Central for Windows. Our office has 6 different department extensions in addition to 8 individual employee extensions, the In Bound Caller ID made incoming call answering easier by knowing what general information the caller was needing (Leasing, Maintenance, Accounting, etc). This feature also made it easy to know that a call was for another employee but because I ring simultaneously I knew whether to make it a priority. I sincerely hope this oversight in programing is in the process of being remedied as it has created some miscommunication in our office due to not knowing where the caller is trying to reach.
