iphone app crashing

When will the iOS 8 application be functional? I just joined ring central under the impression this was a working feature. The latest upgrade to the app has rendered our business line useless. Forwarding the line to a cell phone is not an option we want.

Customer service has no idea when this will be looked at and states it is a "feature request." Not willing to really help get me up and running.

Hi Chris, Sorry for any problems you are having.   Can you explain the specific issue(s) you are having and I'll look and see if this is something that's already being worked on?

Setting same thing. iPhone 6 Plus. Immediate crash when visiting Settings, then the app will not open at all. Most recent version of iOS 8

We opened a case. Unistalling/reinstalling is the only way to use the App after Settings are unsuccessfully accessed. The app "works" as long as Settings are not accessed, obviously Settings are an important area of the app so ideally there's an updated release soon.

If either of you are still having problems with the app, try to uninstall and reinstall it if you haven't done that yet. If the problem still persists please use this link to   Open a Case
