voicemail not showing up in App

Does anyone have the issue where your voicemails are not even showing up in the messages section? I get emails saying I have a new voicemail, and there is sound file attached as well, which is standard, and fine, but they don't show up on my app. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Hi Julie,  When someone leaves a voicemail the messages screen should look like the image below. Anything that has not been listened to will be blue.  If you are not seeing this, can you describe what is happening on your end, or include a screenshot?

Mike, thank you so much for getting back! Ring Central is great on the app. Currently using the app instead of my actual phone. Voicemails used to show in this way, but now there are literally no voicemails in this space. None at all. its as if they were all cleared, even though I know I have some. Have you ever seen that before?

I haven't seen any problems with this before. If you log into your account through the website and go to the messages screen, do you see voice mails there?  Also, try logging out of the app and logging back in. I've seen many people who have multiple phone numbers accidentally log into the app under the wrong number. Double check to make sure you are logged in under the right number.  If you see messages on the website, and you are correctly logged in on the mobile app but still not seeing them you'll want to  Open a Case and let us know all the details; phone number, device type (iphone/android), etc.

Thank you, Mike! I just re-synched the messages. I did not see this option before, but once I did that, they showed up! Thank you so much :)

Thanks for the follow-up Julie.  I'm posting a screenshot in case others run into the same problem. 

On the mobile app, go to My Mobile App Settings and you'll see the "re-sync" option like shown below.
