On mobile app. When I try to trx a call to another extension, no Company contacts show up

I am using the mobile app. When I try to transfer a call to another extension, no Company contacts show up for me to transfer the call to, however when I check the contacts outside of the transfer feature, all of the extensions are there. How do I fix this?

Hi Danielle,  That sounds pretty odd.  Can you try to uninstall, and re-install the app, and log in and test it again. If it still doesn't display the contacts please  Open a Case and let us know the phone number, phone type (android/iphone) etc.
