RingCentral for Windows - log in issue

I can log on to my ringcentral through the website fine. Using the same information, the desktop apps keeps telling me "user information could not be obtained" - how do I fix this?

Hi Samantha, Sorry for the delay in responding. If you are still having a problem,  Open a Case  and let them know what phone number you are trying to log in with and is giving you the problem.

This the Same problem I am facing right now!!!

If you are unable to log in, be sure to try a password reset:  Resetting your account password and then make sure you can log directly into your account your RingCentral account here:  https://service.ringcentral.com/

then if you can not log into the Desktop app or Mobile app  Open a Case .
