desktop receive fax

I was receiving faxes on my ring central desktop but as of 3/23/15 I have not received ANY faxes via DESKTOP. Not sure what happened but please fix this. IT works on my iPhone, and if I log into ring central from a URL but DESKTOP not receiving FAXES.

Yeah been on hold for 45 minutes.. you answered my previous question and they still have me on hold. Genius!

Hi JNC,  There could be a couple things going on here.
1.  Make sure you are logged into the Desktop under the right credentials.  
2.  Make sure you are using the most recent version of the Destkop/Softphone which is now 7.0.5.   
3.  Then try to send another test fax. 

If it still does not work, then  Open a Web Case and let us know which number you are having the problem with.

This doesn't make sense... If I am receiving all my calls still and I just recently stop receiving faxes it wouldn't be the program as it updates itself.

Downloaded directly from online account, so that's right, which means newest program. Sent faxes already.. came through on online account within seconds as well as iPhone. ON phone with them.. they had me uninstall and re-install still no incoming faxes.. stay tuned

When you have the Softphone open and you click the Message icon/envelope and then the Fax tab are you not seeing the faxes? or are you just not getting a notification on the Softphone?

??I never said I had an issue with soft phone. Its the desktop program. Its been escalated at Ring Central.

The RC Desktop application contains the softphone.  If  you need me to check the status, just reply with the case number.
