Automatically Populate

I can;t seem to get the Custom Cover Page to show the receiving company. I used the sample.doc and input my info and left the To section blank as it should automatically populate.  When I send, my info, attachment, and any note comes up okay but I've listed the recipient from the Contacts page and it is always blank.  Any advice?

The way the system currently works, is that the cover page will only populate if the number you are faxing to has been added to your address book.  

If you just enter in the recipients fax number without them being in the address book, it won't populate. There have been several requests to add this feature so I'm hoping it is implemented some day, but there's no ETA.

I have been using contacts that I entered and saved into the Contact list so I am not sure why it does not populate.  This problem only occurs with the Custom Cover page on the desktop app.  It works fine with the default template we have chosen.    We had normally used the Softphone app in the past but it went down the other day.  I reloaded it today but it does not synchronize or bring up any new faxes over the last several days.

Hi CrWong714 ,  Unfortunately, what you described is an exception.  The custom page wont propagate, at least not at this time. Our Product Team has had a lot of requests for enhancements so hopefully this will be added some day.   As far as you not being able to see any faxes, are you referring to sent, or received faxes?  The Desktop app will not show sent faxes, so you'll have to view those from the online account.
