Ring central doesn't recognize my computer

I am starting to work for someone from home. Ring central is saying it doesn't recognize my computer. It keeps sending a code to my boss which doesn't work when I try to enter it. Please advise.

Hi Reyne,  The first thing to check is if your number is already authorized/associated with another computer. If it is, you'll have to log into the account, and deauthorize, that computer.

Go to Settings > PHones & Numbers (click on your number) > Softphone > Deauthoize This Computer.

You'll find detailed steps here.  Assigning the RingCentral Desktop App to a Computer

If this does not fix the problem please let us know

Mike
