Labeling incoming calls with trailing numbers.

I am looking for labeling my incoming calls with tailing numbers, BUT with called number instead of caller ID.
In other words, if  my number is 770-932-0909 and the caller chooses option 1
I want my phone to show 77093209091 - this way I don't have to pickup and choose option 1 or 2 after the mailbox announcement. Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: incoming call information set to number dialed - but still showing caller's ID?.

Why has this not been done already? For a company that manages multiple clients this is a must have feature.

If I understand what you are looking for, that functionality is already in RingCentral.

Go to Call Handling & Forwarding for the particular extension. Then select Incoming Call Information near the bottom of the display. Then select either Incoming "Caller ID" or "Called Number" then check the box where it says, "Add ___ [to the end] -or- [to the beginning] of the number.

I would then recommend selecting "All Phones" and "Always" for the next three options.

See the KnowledgeBase article on it here:
