IVR for two locations

We manage two "businesses" in the same call center so it would be extremely helpful to have customers who call into one main number get directed to one operator while customers who call into a second number get directed to a different operator. This allows for the messages those customers hear to be different and much more useful from our perspective. I wish we would have known this wasn't possible before porting over both numbers.

Bianca,

Keep in mind if you create 2 accounts, you cannot transfer to extension numbers between accounts.  In this situation, Multi-Level IVR would be a better recommendation.  You can create an IVR with 2 separate direct numbers.  

Contact your Sales Rep to have IVR added to your account.

This would help us out as well.  We can use multi-level IVR but both phone numbers/locations share the same caller ID which is not good.
