Port Request pending since Jan 2015

Mike, I should have posted this problem before...
With your experience, could you help us to accelerate our Port Request of several company numbers (612)... this is pending since January 2015 ?!

This case is being handled internally with the number 03333907.

Actually I have Daniel, from RC, he is helping us better than the previous months by other support agents... but as you can imagine, this is so frustrating... waiting for more than 4 months...

I know, most of the problem is from the underlying carrier TDS Telecom (USlink), but I feel like if I not pushing every day, the fellows at RC are not pushing over TDS...

Thanks again Mike for your help on this matter.  As you can see, this is completely out of the norm.
I think is important to note that eventually incorrect information wasn't from our side: Address was right, name of the person authorized to request the port was right, some numbers in dispute were properly on the last bill, etc.

Yes, some days ago finally that port request was concluded!!! Since January of this year.

Our porting team has been working on this almost daily and the delays have been caused by incorrect information being submitted in the porting request. The request was recently submitted again and they are waiting on the carrier to release the number.  Please contact our Porting team for more information. Call 1-888-898-4591 for U.S. and follow the prompts for porting.  Or you can also contact your implementations advisor.
