FaxOut: Contacts not available

When I use Fax Out, I am unable to access my Contacts to choose whom to send the fax to. I have to input the number manually. When I click on contacts there's just a message that No contacts are available. But when I go to the Contacts Tab, all my Company contacts are available. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Becky, 

Are you having problems with the mobile app, or the RC Desktop app?  First you'll want to make sure you have upgraded to the most recent version of software on either app.

Below are links to both options.  Can you describe to us the steps you are taking and where exactly it's giving you the problem?
