Cisco SPA525G Ring Central Graphics message covers screen when trying to transfer a call, blocking he graphics ....

I made mention to support regarding Cisco IP Phone graphics in RingCentral. When I try to transfer a call the graphics  message on the screen block the graphics of which users and extensions to transfer the call to. So I need to put tape on the side of the phone to mark which extensions are which, which kind of defeats the purpose of the graphics in the first place. Thisis a Cisco IP Phone SPA525G  5 extension phone.  Has any other user experienced simalr problems with the Graphics generated by Ring Central?

First try to reboot the phone. If you still have a problem, please reply back here with the serial number for the phone and we'll look into this.
