customer is requesting if she can view all calls logs of their RC as she is just a user. She said she can see all logs on the legacy.

One of my customer is requesting if she can view all the calls logs of their phone system even if she is just a user of the account. She said that she can see all logs on the legacy softphone.

Call logs for other users should be available only to administrators.  Your customer can ask their local RingCentral admin to change their role to admin as well.
