My softphone continually goes into Offline Mode

My softphone continually goes into Offline Mode (with a red button showing up in the top right corner) that I have to click to reconnect, then click a green button to connect to "active call" again. I can here the other party clearly the whole time, but they cannot here me at all and start to ask "are you still there".  I have 30Mbps download and 5Mbps upload and only running 6 phones (and not at the same time), so I am not sure why this is happening?  It happens every single phone call, too.

Hello Ryan, Give this a try.

1. On your Desktop App, click on the gear icon or the Settings.
2. Click on General.
3. Turn off "Set port automatically".
4. Change the local port from 5060 to 5062

If you don't have the option explained above, let me know what version of RC Desktop you are running.

Thanks Mike,
I have done what you stated and unfortunately this has not solved my issue. Current Version is 7.0.5.11608, which I updated from an older version about a month ago trying to solve this current issue. I was having SIP issues about six months ago and my soft phone was continually ringing like someone was calling and RC stated that it was someone trying to "hack" into my system and had me reinstall an older version.
