Ring Central Desktop app issue

I keep getting an error message through the Ring Central app on my PC that I have too many simultaneous calls happening, and that the incoming call will go to voicemail. I'm not actually on the phone at all at the time. Any ideas as to why that's happening?

Sounds like you probably need to update to the most recent software version.  Make sure you are on the latest version, and then let us know if it happens again and tell us what version you are using.

Hi there, I uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and I haven't seen that issue again.  I'm now running 7.1.4.13446.  I'll let you know if anything else happens. Thanks for checking in!
