RingCentral Polycom IP335 locked?

We are no longer with RingCentral and I need to get the 40 Polycom IP 335 phones we bought from RingCentral unlocked so I can sell them. What do I need to do?

Wow that is a lot ! Are you moving to another VoIP company? How old are those phones ?. If RC takes time to unlock it, you could start selling it to other RC Users... what price each ?

I have about 40 of them, they are just a couple of years old and in great shape. Our company moved us to ShoreTel Sky which uses their own proprietary IP  phones. I am trying to get $50 apiece for them.

John,  You'll want to gather all the serial numbers for the phones and then give us a call.

You'll have to call in and do it over the phone. The phone agents will need to verify information with you and get authorization to do this.

Phone:

John,  instead of calling in, create a web case so that way you can just copy and paste them into the web case. That way you wont have to read them over the phone

Sorry John, I did not realize you still had an active account. Please do as Kim suggested and open a case online so you can submit the serial numbers that way instead of over the phone. Here's the link:  Open a Case
