Outbound caller ID problems with windows desktop app

When I am using the desktop app to make an outbound call, it works great, call ID shows up properly, etc.  But when I log out and log into a different local number to make calls from, sometimes the caller ID shows up from the previous local number I was using, rather than the one I am currently logged into.  This creates confusion for my clients.  Any ideas why this might be the case?

If you are logging in with a different number, you'll have to reset the OB Caller ID each time.  Am I misunderstanding your question?
