Hi ,

All i have an issue while integration from SFDC to Rigncentral. When i call for same account which is existing in SFDC account & incoming call comes from same account , i get pop up in new window which shows a new account rather than the existing One .

Please help me out . I have done all my softphone configuration & Call centre configuration to add users .

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

First, make sure you are using the latest version of SFDC:   https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B5WKqEAN
