Desktop App 7.2.4 goes to front

Is just us or is a known issue? We have the switches off to keep the app at the background when an incoming call is ringing. Works fine with internal calls directly to the extension but if is a Ring Group call goes to the front again...

Hi Claudio,  This does seem to be an issue when you have groups set up. Our engineers are aware of this, but you are welcome to open a case and let them know which account the problem is with.

If there is an known issue, I want to trust your engineers are working on this with high priority, so, should be faster than opening a case...
