email saying i tried to reset my password

hi there. i got an email and VM from you guys saying that: Due to several incorrect responses to your security question during a password reset, a 60-minute security lock has been placed on your ability to reset password using the security question.

This email was generated at 1am ish and I definitely wasn't trying to access my RingCentral account. Was someone trying to log into my account?
