Fax: No notifications came in

Hi! Is this an issue with Ring Central itself? Because I don't receive any notifications in my email and I set the notifications to send them email. Is there any workaround here? Thank you!

If your settings are correct for the DL, under notifications, then I would suggest calling tech support and open a ticket.  May be something corrupt in your account.

I'm sorry, this may be a noob question but what is a DL?

DL is Digital Line. 

Go into your account online.   service.ringcentral.com
Go to Messages & Notifications > Notifications and check your fax settings.

There is no "noob" questions on this site.  Every question is viable.  DL is Digital Line.  So you pay monthly for a DL while exts are free.
