Fax log issue?

Hello James,  Can you tell us what version of the RC Desktop you are running? Did the problem resolve after restarting?

We are running 7.3.1.   We have several different workstations that received a RingCentral software update to this version this week.  After the new update, no new faxes appear in the log without Exiting and restarting.    Restarting the software will bring any mixed faxes in, but it will not continue to update after restarting.  It has to be closed and reopened each time.

We are having the same issue on the workstations running the new version (7.3.1).  The old version continues to update.

Have you figured out a way to roll back to previous version on the workstations that got 7.3.1?  This is un-usable.
