Audio while connecting, still need help

To Mike from Ring Central.  I am still having issues with the uploaded file.  Can you please remove what is showing so there is no music when somebody calls?  Thanks.

What is the phone number involved and can which recording did you want removed?

860-213-8343 and the recording is the one heard while a user is waiting for me to pick up the phone.  It is a mp3 file.  Thanks

I just want to confirm. You want it changed to the standard default, or would you like to send email us a file and upload for you?

Just the standard default will work, thanks.  Is this an issue with other users?  I've tried many times to change after uploading the first time and it won't do anything even though it says it uploaded successfully.

No. So I'm wondering if there's something wrong with the file.  I'll go ahead and change it to the default for you.  If you wish, you can open a case and attached one of the failed files so our support team can  look at it or test it.  Open a Case

Just confirming, for the "audio while connecting" setting. There are now several options in the dropdown. I set it to the first selection: Music>Acoustic, but you can change it to any other if you wish.

I just called my number and the music file is still playing for me.  At this point, once the music file is cleared from playing for me, I am not going to use the original music file so no need to open a case but thanks anyway.
