call monitoring without being disconnected when the call ends

I monitor a group of outbound callers. With Ring Central monitoring function if they hang up , I get cut off from monitoring, My group makes one call after the other and don't always reach people. I would like the ability to stay on the line even if their call ends. Will that be implemented? It makes the system almost useless for my purposes.

In order to monitor a call, a call has to be in progress.  Without a call there is nothing to connect to. This feature is a call monitor, not a microphone monitor for the user.
