Caller Retrieved from Hold Can't Hear Me

U.S. Account.  A user places a caller on hold (using Cisco 303 phones) and when they retrieve the caller back, the caller can hear them, but the user can't hear the caller.  Anyone run into this before?  This just started happening (albeit sporadically) since August.  Previous 2 years on service - have had no issues.

HI Danno, Haven't seen this before. Does it always seem to be with just that model phone?

They all have the same model phone.

I don't suppose you have any specific call samples, to report in an case do you?  

Have you only seen this on one account? or on multiple accounts that you service?
