call being forwarded to individuals who are not on the forwarding list

I received a call through our emergency extension but was unable to answer it immediately. As a result, 3 of my co-workers were notified that someone had called the hotline even though their number/email was not listed in the call forwarding/notification information. My number and email were the only ones listed on the account that weekend for the emergency extension. Is there a default area in the account where these other numbers/emails are located? I cannot determine why they were notified. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

"As a result, 3 of my co-workers were notified..."  How were they notified (via e-mail, call, text)? 
Try looking under Messages & Notifications > Notifications. Also look for any advanced rules

Two received the notification thru a text and the third received an email. I checked the notifications and there is no reason they should have received it. Also, one of the employees is on maternity leave and hasn't been on the hotline rotation since July! Her phone number and email were removed for notifications at that time.

I made this a private conversation so we can post more details. This thread can now only bee seen by yourself and (Kim & I).    

I pulled up the Notification settings for your "Emergency ext".  See below.  Have these settings been changed since your initial post?  Also, is possible that the notifications could be forwarded from another application (ie email client for Dawn)?

If this doesn't explain it, see if you can take a look at the computers, or devices that received the notifications and see who the sender is. That way you can tell where they came from and trace it from the other direction.

The settings have not been changed since I posted my question. I will check with my co-workers computers/cell phones to see if I can figure this out. Thanks for your help!
